Champion
Microelectronic Corporation - Champion for short - was established
in 1999 with the express aim of designing and manufacturing
quality power semiconductor devices for applications across
a broad spectrum of IT and industrial platforms. |

Founded
and headed by pioneers of both Taiwan's and North America's
semiconductor sector the company made its headquarters in Taiwan's
Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park, where it maintains a
production testing facility and logistic control center. |
 |
Champion's
advanced design center was set up in the high-tech area of San
Jose California - more generally known as Silicon Valley. The
latter is manned by experienced in-house engineers drawn from
the ranks of some of the world's top semiconductor companies.
